High Efficiency Boilers
Some of our board want to replace our BOILERS with new High Efficiency Boilers which require DOUBLE the cost of maintenance each year/and supposedly a water filtration for the warranty of these units, this water filter system will cost $10,000 and need maintenance 4 times per year, we will also to put exhaust pipes outside building on side over a unit owners outside parking spot. (legal) I am against it. Anyone else experiencing this? ($71 - $90,000 cost)

**hasn't any condo replaced convenrional boilers with high efficiency. Please, I need some inut here.
